kiste prompt

Run a pinned coding agent non-interactively inside a Kiste.

kiste prompt [OPTIONS] --provider <PROVIDER> <NAME> <PROMPT>...
ArgumentDescription
NAMEKiste name, current, or self.
PROMPT...Prompt words passed losslessly to the agent.
OptionDescription
--provider PROVIDERStable provider contract supplied by the universal image. Values: codex, claude.
--model MODELProvider model identifier.
--reasoning-effort REASONING_EFFORTProvider-specific reasoning effort. Values: minimal, low, medium, high, xhigh, max.
--access ACCESSAgent execution policy inside the isolated Kiste. Values: read-only, workspace-write, full. Default: full.
--max-budget-usd USDHard spend cap in US dollars for this one run (claude only)
--id IDStable command UUID for history and interruption.

Examples

kiste prompt current --provider codex 'fix the failing tests'
kiste prompt self --provider claude --model sonnet --reasoning-effort high 'review this repo'

The prompt is executed without a shell. Provider credentials come from the selected Kiste environment; local provider credentials are never copied automatically.
