kiste desktop – Kiste Docs

The link opens the viewer at https://desktop.kiste.run. It works for this one machine only, any number of times, on any browser or device signed in to your account, until it expires. Expiry only stops new browsers joining; streams already open keep running.

kiste desktop [OPTIONS] [NAME]

Argument	Description
`[NAME]`	Kiste name. Omit to use the current selection.

Option	Description
`--print-url`	Print the desktop link instead of opening it.
`--ttl DURATION`	How long the link admits new browsers: 90s, 30m, 8h, 7d (default 1h, max 7d)
`--revoke`	Revoke every live link of this Kiste instead of minting one. Open streams stay.

Examples

kiste desktop studio                 Open a one-hour link in the browser
kiste desktop studio --ttl 8h --print-url  Print a link valid for eight hours
kiste desktop studio --revoke        Revoke every live link of studio
